  • I was a foundation contractor and home builder (1974-1981)
  • I have twenty-four years of actual inspecting time
  • I was a building inspector for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for eight years inspecting homes to the National Building Code of Canada
  • I have ten additional years inspecting experience in other federal agencies in housing
  • I was technical trainer for CMHC housing workshop for Housing Authorities across Canada in 1994
  • I was senior building inspector for Saskatchewan largest home inspection company in Regina for five years
  • I have taken training of current housing issues from the federal government over twenty-fours years
  • I have taken Home inspector training courses from Carson Dunlop consulting engineers
